However, the Heart Health 4 Moms study is no longer enrolling women, as we have reached capacity.

BUT you can still be an important part of preeclampsia research conducted by the Preeclampsia Foundation by clicking here:

  • About the Study

A few years ago, researchers discovered that women who had preeclampsia during their pregnancies were at a greater risk of developing heart disease later in their life. This information was important, but even more important--what can women do to reduce this risk?

That's the driving question behind the Heart Health 4 Moms research study. In 2012, researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital and advocates from the Preeclampsia Foundation came together to develop a research study that would help preeclampsia survivors, healthcare providers, and researchers learn more about the best ways for women who experienced preeclampsia during their pregnancy to reduce their risk of heart disease. We are excited to welcome you as a member of our Heart Health 4 Moms research study. By participating, you are contributing in an important way to research about preeclampsia and heart health. We couldn’t do this study without you, and we hope you will learn a lot and enjoy being in the study as well. Thank you!
